I loved the markets in Laos :) I bought so much pretty handmade stuff. The markets in Thailand were all just clothes and mass produced stuff. Aaaaah Laos, how I love you!

yeah its amazing! my dad's favorite country. that's why i'm here with my family, we gave dad a family trip for his 60th.
good thing i brought hardly anything away with me.. my suitcase is bulging now, mainly as a result of laos.
vietnam is like thailand, some nice things but mainly crap.

Not a fan of seafood....well, actually I like prawns and scallps...and lobster....but I hate fish.
Glad your eating some good stuff though because yes, a slack vegetarian is one that lacks essential nutrients Kip.
You cant just decide to not eat meat...but then not replace those lost nutrients with nothing else!!!!!
*smack*

nothing else??? nothing else?!!
i replaced everything with sugar!
jelly bean supplements.

not a massive fan of really fishy fish but some subtle flavored fish is good. like perch. and crustaceans are the chicken of the sea! scrummy!
i'm really trying to buckle down and work on the food intake as i've been told i'll probably not live the year out otherwise. hope lee's prepared for a big fat fatty to waddle through the door next week :P
