Roa is beginning to wear her authority with a little more ease, or at least a little more outward ease. All the more impressive, considering that everything's going to pieces. Then again, things going to pieces is more or less situation normal around High Reaches. She'd probably get bored if things were normal, have to take up crochet or something.
