nine inch nails- closer

..k thats more than 10. but closer was a lot bigger in the 90s than "even better than the real thing" no? are we going for best? or well-known? i agree with yours too for the most part.

i agree w/all yours except fiona apple.

i guess closer was a lot bigger, but im going with best, i probably put u2 on there just cuz all the best stuff they had came out in '91, but if it was well-known, your list beats mine

agreeing with mine, i see you got verve...the verve pipe "freshman" was a really good song, and of course 3rd eye blind was a great '90s band, i think jumper is a better song though.

good list.

Smashing Pumpkins- The Aeroplane Flies High (Turns left, looks right)
Violent Femmes- Blister in the sun
Radiohead- Creep
Alice In Chains - Would?
Nirvana - Territorial Pissings
R.E.M- Loosing my religion
STP - Dead and Bloated
Red Hot Chili Peppers- Sir Physco
Primus- DMV
Sonic Youth- Purr

Alot of these aren't singles, but it's the best of the music made from that period in my opinion. Which is never much.
