I am somewhat gobsmacked that RPG.net did something very productive, and also exactly what it did.

So, if you start reading this thread, it is a complete and total clusterfuck for about 200 posts. Basically, someone saw the cover of a game by Outlaw Press and recognized the art as being work under copyright by someone other than the person given

(Hi Rob.) A lot of people are down on RPGnet, almost as a reflexive thing, but seriously it's not that bad. Which is to say, it's an internet forum, so people communicate thoughtlessly, and it's big, so the proportion of the population who are idiots become visible, but I don't find it worse than anywhere else.

A fair point, though it is perhaps telling that I find everywhere else pretty bad too. :) Retreating to blogspace has done wonders for my sanity.
