Yeah--the festival is for hour-long shows, so Rick and I decided that the first two acts would work best. Personally, I don't mind so much because cutting act 3 distances it from the movie "Saw."
I'm actually planning on rewriting the whole thing--and giving it a FOURTH act, that takes place in the minutes before the daughter gets abducted.
I think we're taping it, so when I come back, maybe we'll make a party out of it! What cool is that these actors are really great, and are making all different choices in the material, but they're all VALID choices. In some ways, it's a totally different show.

Seriously, I didn't see much in that article to merit a Critical Blowback Feature, even one that would need to be friends protected.
I mean, it's not like the reviewer accused you of creating self-gratifying masterbatory fantasies, or anything.
