Once Again, "None is too many."

I doubt if this can be proven through documentation to the satisfaction of historians, sociologists and other interested parties; but it seems to me that the levels of state sponsored and state sanctioned anti-Semitism are once again reaching the levels seen in the 1930's.  I'm basing this on the words and actions of the various nations around the ( Read more... )

More recently, their attack on the UN Observation post in 2006, where they deliberately targeted and killed the multi-national force of four observers - including Canadian Major Patea Derek Hess von-Kruedener.
Isn't that the one where the radio communication from the listening post reported that Hezbollah had parked a missile launcher RIGHT OUTSIDE THE OP to intentionally draw Israeli fire? The radio report that was suppressed and never reported by any major media outlet?

I don't think you can blame that one on Israel. The evidence indicates that what really happened is Hezbollah made the OP, and tricked Israel into firing on it. Just like they repeatedly pulled shoot-and-scoot ops outside schools, hospitals and apartment buildings.

2 or 3 things..no I hadn't heard that one[the rocket being parked right outside the OP.
2. Instead of radioing in a report the UN peacekeepers should have shot the f***ers. Alas the UN is seriously lacking in the brains dept. Not to mention balls.
3. While Israel does have some s*** to answer for..what the hell are they *supposed* to do Everytime they turn around one of their supposed allies and supporters, is kissing the ass of the very people who have been trying to obliterate them from the face of the earth since before the country was even founded.
4. I agree with Rob...gaza needs to be leveled and turned into a no mans land mined out the ass.

The other thing I occasionally ponder is how long it'd take the various Arab nations to turn on each other if Israel magically vanished tomorrow.

I too wasn't aware of the report of the launcher outside the OP. While I don't disbelieve it, at the same time....the Summary Investigation that the Canadians did; makes no mention of the rocket launcher. Given the Major Hess-Kruedener is from Kingston, home of the Canadian Signals Regiment and the Signals school - I would suspect that he would know that a rocket launcher is a valid target. There's too much grey - not enough pinpont - this happened. I will attempt to check with my sources in Kingston to see if the placement of the launcher is common knowledge.
