When you don't play constructed, you've got to do SOMETHING with the cards you have lying around. I have 11 right now.

Monogreen deck to give away to a new player if they start playing with us
R/G/w gating
RB Aggro
BW Control
W/U/g Control
Death Cloud
Searing Meditations
WG Glare
Soldiers
Monoblue Artifact Control
R/B/U Good Stuff

It wouldn't be a bad idea, I guess. I don't use it at all, but since I'm on it I receive whatever mass messaging occurs.

I forgot to mention I also have 3 EDH decks, although only the Doran one is very good. The Reaper King one isn't terribly good unless your opponents let you keep him in play. The Ben-Ben, Akki Hermit deck probably doesn't have the firepower to win a game with many players in it.

I'm making an event for it on Facebook. I would recommend joining for ease of communication, but it's not absolutely necessary. If you join and friend me, I will invite you to it.

Unfortunately I don't know what all the planes do off the top of my head. How did you remember all the Planes like that? Were you taking notes. In any case, it sounds great. I think that at our party, after a draft, we should do multiplayers with Planechase. The only problem is that 8 people is a lot for a multiplayer. Maybe we could do two-headed giant multiplayers.

I took really really basic notes, although since I knew I was going to be recounting it, I made a point of remembering most of the information anyway. Before last night I didn't know all the planes, but I would imagine I know at least half of them now. There are some planes that I might consider tossing entirely, although I guess they all have their own place.

If nothing else, planes keep everyone a bit more invested in the game. It's easy to have a bad draw or something like a Wrath of God ruining you, so you're essentially out of the game. With planes, there's always something like Panopticon or Serra's Realm that can get everything evened up.

That's a good point about the Planes. It takes out some of the strategy that way, but it more than makes it up for it with zany fun, which is what you want in a multiplayer.
