I know that he is having a rough time since coming back off his injury, but the NFL refs are pretty unfair against Marcus Trufant. On any given pass play, you can probably call offensive pass interference as well as defensive. It seems like he's getting called a disproportionate amount of times for plays where he stops running to face the ball ( Read more... )

Honestly, though, if you were Desmond Trufant, you wouldn't have gone to WSU, either. He's undoubtedly one of the best players to ever come out of WSU and most athletes want to make their own legacy instead of wanting to live up to someone else's. Which is one of the reasons why Brady Leaf went to Oregon, as did Rien Long's little brother. I have no idea if Eli Manning went to Ol Miss because he wasn't recruited by Tennessee or if it was because he didn't want to live in Peyton's shadow. We talk once a week and it never came up.

eli manning is my favorite quarterback ever because i feel like i can read his mind.
