I do, although it is woefully inadequate. Based on market value of a PE, I would expect something on the order of a 20-25% raise instead of the 3-4% it ends up being. I'm obviously happy to get the raise, but at the same time I'd almost prefer that they simply not acknowledge it, instead of the company essentially telling us that they don't care if we leave for greener pastures...which is what many people end up doing. I would like to think that my employer cares whether or not I stay, and their policy regarding a highly marketable certification seems to indicate that they do not.
The short answer is that there is really nowhere else to go. We have a competitor firm just like us, but that would be a lateral move at best. Similar work and compensation, from what i understand. When you live in an area without private industry actively trying to headhunt your employees away, there just isn't enough reason for them to actively hold on to us. And unless we were forced in to it by circumstances, we aren't leaving Yakima.
As for as the long term is concerned, I can't picture myself doing the same thing for 40 years and then retiring...but I have no idea where I would go or what else I would do. Then again, 40 years ago, the concept of being a network administrator was probably unheard of, so who knows what careers will open up by 2045 or so?

Now if THAT isn't power in one's own industry, I don't know what is. Even if they are woefully unprofitable.
