Yay, I'm glad you've read and liked sineala's story! She's a friend, and, when her story popped up on my Friends page the other day, I drafted a comment suggesting it to you -- sight unread, because I haven't watched the movie yet (planned for next Friday) but knew the story would be worth reading regardless. But I saw that you watch the community where she'd posted it, and figured I'd wait and see if you discovered the story for yourself first, which you happily did. =)

I read her comments in the kink meme and she seemed to really know her Roman history, so I figured the story would be worth reading. I'm just so glad that she made the kink work as well as writing the characters so perfectly.

(Am I wrong to remember her from Bindlestitch? Her username is so familiar and I'd swear I knew her back from my Due South fandom days.)

I love your story with a fiery passion! It's one of those stories where everything just comes together so seamlessly -- the history, the characterization, the details, the smoking hot porn -- that everything from start to finish is a delight. :D

And we should be friended, yes! I had thought your username looked familiar, but I wasn't sure until Kim confirmed it for me. God, the internet is such a small world when you were on Bindlestitch. I love it.
