Ugh, I don't know if I caught someone's cold or if the universe just hates me, but after the fun of movies with Ron yesterday (Cowboys & Aliens was great and hello, Daniel Craig's amazing ass!), I felt sick and terrible. I still feel out of it today, despite about ten hours of sleep. We'll see if I can handle being upright for the rest of the day. ( Read more... )

It's so true! I only had a summer flu once and it felt so much worse than the regular winter flu. I am going to overdose on tea and hope that helps. ♥

Was Cowboys and Aliens Fun? I saw my first movie in practically a year the other day. Captain America. It was AWESOME. Chris Evans, please to be shirtless and earnest all the time. In my bedroom, if at all possible. :D

Cowboys & Aliens was A LOT of fun, although it took itself a little more seriously than other comic book movies, but I suspect that it's because Daniel Craig does everything intensely, including act in ridiculous fantasy flicks.

Eeee, Captain America! I adored it, and adored Evans for getting Steve Rogers' sweetness and innate goodness so right. Plus, all that running around shirtless made me happy in my pants! :D

It hit me on the bus ride home and ughhhhh. I was passed out on the couch for most of the evening, and I still feel crappy.

Sigh, no such luck. Since we'll be moving soon, we had to start packing up crap and cleaning up the house for showings, so that was my morning. Maybe I can nap today after groceries. Also, lots of tea.

Summer colds/flus are the WORST, though - the heat just makes it weigh more heavily on you. *wraps you in blankets and plies you with tea* I'm sorry you're feeling bad, bb! Although it is somewhat auspicious timing re: the fic. *suspicious look* But I am that much EXTRA GLAD you enjoyed it when you were feeling puny. *SMISH*

And Daniel Craig does have a very magnificent ass. He should let you grope it until you feel better!

So far, I still seem to be feeling punky, but I blame people on the bus and not your fic. Your fic is everything good and right in fandom. <3

And ungh, yes, Daniel Craig's ass is stupendous. If only he'd come join me in my bed to make me feel better!
