wow 13 days without a smoke and i've lost at least 7 - 8 pds. go me. schools good. lonely still but just have to play the waiting game...which sucks but i'll live. ok well im sleepy night all.

Well just did my first work out of the year, went for a 2 mile run (you know start out out small....ok i was gonna do more but, lets just say i got the black lung currently) and than i did weights for about a half hour.
