David Hasselhoff has recorded a cover of the Ted Mulry Gang Oz Rock Classic 'Jump In My Car'.
The Hoff has put down the song for release through Sony BMG to mark his first ever Australian tour in February 2006.
'Jump In My Car' was a number one hit in Australia for the Ted Mulry Gang in 1975. The original song was recorded on the Albert Records label, home to AC/DC and The Easybeats and produced by Easybeats/Flash and the Pan members Harry Vanda & George Young.
The Hasselhoff version of the song will be released on January 22.
David Hasselhoff will perform in Melbourne on February 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 at the Princess Theatre and February 28, March 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Sydney at the State Theatre.
