I swear when I was reading your post, I thought you had copy and pasted an old one I had done. I completely agree with what you're saying. But it is because of our family/culture that we connect being slutty with bad. How obvious is it that people enjoy having sex = its gonna happen a lot. No one likes to be "locked down" (hence why divorce rates are rampid). Women are way more independent than in the days of our parents. It has been built into our minds to be hypocritical about allowing guys to sleep around and women not to. But in the end, sex isn't about "love" anymore, it's about getting off. My point to you is being slutty only makes sense; its finding a real connection with someone in a non-sexual way that makes for a good friend or girlfriend. It is easy to disguise jealousy with excuses.
