well - what I am looking for is a sophisticated boxing timer.

An app to generate a configurable number of rounds, with a configurable break between them, an during the rounds it will randomly generate spoken text from a prefigured list of options, so that no two shadow boxing workouts are likely to be the same.

I dont think there is one out there that does this.

I know of a 4 day course that teaches you how to make your own

Costs about £1250 though and based in Brum.
