Turn one switch on.
Leave the second switch off.
Turn the last switch on for a period of time... 15 minutes or whatever. Then turn it off.
Now you know the last switch controls the bulb that is off and hot.
The bulb that is on is controlled by the switch that is ON.
The bulb that is off and cold is controlled by the switch that is OFF and wasn't manipulated by you.

I had to have a hint. I wasn't thinking along the lines of temperature :)
I solved it a bit differently.
I said -
Throw one switch. Wait 15 seconds, throw another. Go into the room. The hottest bulb was turned on first :)
