The BBC has a news piece about this duck! Poor little thing. At least it's eating healthy and running about.

Today I'm going to the Senator with a bunch of other BRC people and friends. They want to tear down my movie theatre!! It's one of those Baltimore landmarks that I really can't bear to see disappear. I'm still hurting from losing ( Read more... )

They want to tear down the Senator? But why? That's not nice! Tell them to stop this foolishness and go home.

You know, I think that's been tried. It's not going to be torn down so much as "put up for auction." Who knows what will happen then. Wednesday is the big day. . .and they need like $25K+ I wish I had that kind of money, but then again, this guy who runs it keeps not paying off the bank. This guy needs to take a serious lesson from other huge theatres that have gone through the same stuff. . . My favorite is the Coolidge Corner Theare in Boston. It has 3 screens in it (they added 2) and they have a lot of events there as well. It pulls in TONS of people, and it has low prices so students really enjoy going to it.

But anyways. . yes! SILLY PEOPLE!
