The army chaplain's idea of psychology. Um, yeah. Kinda figured that. Basically, his advice for my depression was more church and I'd get over when I get into class. If I get into class. Here are my advice for you depression:

The Church Approach:
No, not attending church. It does not hold all the answer... instead let us make fun of those who do think it will. Buy or rent Saved. Laugh at Hilary Faye. Once you are done laugh you will not be saved but you will be smiling.

The Legally Blonde Approch:
Try Brooke's Bun Burning Workout. Working out gives you endorphines, endorphines make you happy, happy people don't kill.

Hopefully one of those approaches work. So smile and try to call me when you get sad.

Hey Rob - just know that you are not all alone! Granted I can't hug you from here so this will have to do. You're a tough cookie, you just don't know it yet. Please, oh please, don't let the day to day get to you, try to look at the big picture and always, always know that there's a "buffalo or two" looking back. Hugs!
