soy and skim are prolly about as equally good for you. soy just has less sugars and less taste really. all though silk is good.

if you get soymilk, get vanilla flavored. then it is sweet goodness. i have vanilla soymilk in cinnamin cereal almost every morning. it is pretty dreamy.
