Yes, I am alive. I'm in springfield, MA, though, so I'm not sure what the point is.

If all goes well, I will be in NYC in a day or so, and then prolly a day or two from there to chicago.

Bulls scare the shit outta me. Barbed wire is annoying.

I went out to brattleboro to visit some friends. Got a ride from a block and half away from my house to north adams, ma. I visited them, and now I am trying to get back home. But springfield is impossible to hitch out of. I'm 15 bucks short of a greyhound ticket to nyc, so I'm either gonna spange that, or hop a train to somewhere that it is cheaper.

I've been there. It's pretty cool (helluva lot better than springfield) but it would take me quite a while to walk there (no bike), and there's no train yard.
Maybe I could spange there and get enough to get to the city, though.

I'm not sure what the point of being alive is, considering that I'm in springfield.

I guess you have to have been to springfield to get it.

More disgust than existentialism.
Brattleboro, northampton, nyc, boston: yes, yes, yes, yes. Springfield: NO!
Seriously, this place is such a shithole. Last time I was here, I got shoved up against a wall by an undercover cop for trying to bum a smoke from him. He told me not to ask anybody for anything around here.
