Hey Sam. Anyone can join the Welcome Wagon, whether or not if they're a clone. It becomes an issue when they post, and one of us either lets it through or rejects it. Your "friend" was only noticed by chance when I was doing some cleaning up of the members list and saw it, so he won't be let through, obviously.
