Eeeeeeee! The details in this were utter win; Heather chewing on her pen, Dave mumbling about homework. And all the banter! You do banter (and words like exacerbate) so well.

I love banter, it spices up boring conversations. I also love calling people on their syntax. (for example: "Fucking pens!" "Those are some rather talented pens you have there.") Most people don't catch on, it's sort of disappointing.

Interesting fact: when I cramp, I experience such acute nausea that I actually go sit in the bathroom, until I realize that it's just cramps and then go take some medicine. Maybe it would be clearer if they didn't wake me up at 4:30 in the morning. Speaking of which, I am going back to bed.
