I know exactly how you feel, I spent freshman year of college ALWAYS fighting with my parents. When i would go home I was NOT allowed to stay at my friend Dave's house because it was a "boy's house" yet at school I slept in my guy friends dorms all the time. But parents get over it. you are the oldest right? or only for that matter? it's just what parents do. Eventually I just kept sleeping at Dave's house and the summer after freshman year I basically lived there. My mom realized I had grown up right under her nose, but it took a long time to see it. Yet I must warn you to be careful. Things happened at that house that I am not proud of and sometimes I wish I would have taken my mother's advice, but you learn and you move on. I know that you are a VERY strong and determined young lady (I mean geez- you've grown up under my nose!!!) Just keep on loving your parents and understand that what they are going through is just as hard as you wanting your freedom... it means they lose control- and of course for them that sucks.
