It's so unbelievably bizarre.

Yes, it was. Your letter made me so happy! Mail at camp is always so much more exciting than other mail. (Except now I'm going to be in a city where I don't know anyone, so mail might be even more exciting there.)

Unnnnnnnnhhhhh, I think it's worse than it's ever been on my side. Disregarding all other life events, the pain from being away from camp is worse than it's been in recent memory.

I know, the one nice thing about being disillusioned is it didn't hurt like this when I left. I think it's worse right now partly because it caught me by surprise.

And I thought you said you were back at camp. What's the deal? You can't leave me in the dark girl!
