And now you can! Like I said, it freezes well. Spend an afternoon cooking and you will be eating for weeks...

I was stunned that the recipe was put out into the open. This is the best spaghetti in the world. I think I must be suffering from a delusion. I must admit there has been many a time I have wished for a one-way ticket to Tacoma (and now Olympia) so I could partake of the magnificent Scrivano Italian dinner. It is hell sometimes to live in Tucson. I mourn the fact that I can not have Richard and now Robin spaghetti dinners.

But you can! The recipe given above is really not that hard! Pair it with a nice Asti Spumanti or other red wine, and you're good to go. This is the mega-serving amount. So you can cut it in half easily enough if you need to. But hey, it freezes well in plastic gallon freezer bags.

Ummm...who are you?

This is Nancy. Who else? I loved getting those butter containers with my own spaghetti and meatballs. It has been so long now since I have had the Scrivano spaghetti and I live in Civano. How unfair is that!
