Sorry bout the sleeplessness and "sad spells." You should really do some exercise to get the endorphins going. If not, turn on some music and stretch and do some yoga to it. Relieving your muscles can aid in relieving your mood. Maybe we should set up another date for some mindless fun. Just walking around and chatting.... Tell you what... We should set up a day and meet up with my friend Karen. She does one hell of a massage which works magic. It doesn't relax you... It just... fixes you.... You know she is the real deal cause she got some strong ass forarms and wrists. Plus her hands have one hell of a grip. She went to school for massage therapy and I met her at the chinese herbalist place.... the chinese herbalist told me to go to her to get rid of the stagnant blood flow in my body.....
