How food poisoning almost (or still might?) cost me my new job

Speaking of being angry, I'm really, truly incensed about this.  (It might also be that I'm running on a third day of little sleep and food, and very few fluids left in my body.)

Correct, yes. The fact that this is almost certainly a state policy makes this all the worse. Seems like a violation of the 4th Amendment to me. Am I wrong? Is it not unreasonable to search my urine for something utterly unrelated to my ability to perform my job?
