sanity into the darkness seeps

Short week, but I'm still on call the rest of the week. Sure, I get paid, but I can't really relax. I'm already ready to snap, lunch is upon me and I just want to punch people alot.. in the face..

Walked around all day with a sliver of glass in my foot. I'm glad I managed to get it out in the parking lot.. Jeez. Not fun. It explains why i was hobbling around at work.. It's gone now.. I can walk. I'm happy and can now concentrate on those things that matter.

WWZMNJD? I was wakin' up and I thought "Zombie Mutant Ninja Jesus!!!" I think it had something to do with my dream. There was some asshole that was running around and killing people. My fingers are freezing in this room.. (I have heat on, but this room doesn't get that much heat..) Time to get under my covers and sleep well.. Sometimes, it's these times..when the rooms a bit nippy, that I burrow under my covers and just find sleep is a wonderful thing :-)

It was great seeing everyone last night, it looked like everyone had a good time. Unfortunately, I had to split earlier than I really wanted but I'm up now and ready for work, no feeling half as shitty as I would, had I stayed much, much later ;-) So I guess everything works out. Tonight, midnight..get paid, Yay!! Couldn't do anything this weekend because I haven't gotten my check from my old employer. I guess Irv is still a fuckmunch, I could've used this money this weekend.. Getting paid is the nice part of work.

I get woken up this morning from some women at Embarq.. She says "Sorry to wake you up, Mr. Wood but your wife is on the other line. This is in regards to a bill she needs to pay." I'm like. "WTF?! My wife.." So, I'm woken up, by someone needing me to help pay my "wife's" phone bill.. So, I took the time to correct this nice woman's mistake. ( Read more... )
