Why are angry customers so angry ? What are they really upset about...it's not me they're mad at, I'm a good person/cybernetic organism. I peridoically get the urge to open up a can of Dr. Phil on their asses... but that fate is too horrible even for the pond scum of the universe.

Ok so I'm "back", but only in a strictly voyeuristic capacity....I swear. Apparently there are certain rants and ravings that just shouldn't be missed. So I will sit, and I will watch, and I will plot.
