bored with life

so today i decided that life is boring everyday i wake up and go to work and do the same exact thing never changing my routine. and on my days off i either sit around or am hang out and do nothing which isnt bad to do just when it happens all the time. also haveing no contact with the world due to not having a phone does not help this problem
