Does anyone know how to make screentones in photoshop? Or know of a site to download screentones that are not screen resolution from? Or know basically anything else about screentones, because I've never used them before but want to use them and need to learn before Friday?

yeah it's real easy. you want to use the filter "pixelate->color halftone"

just draw some grey, halftone it (try setting all angles to 45 degrees) play around, have fun!

If it helps, I actually found a program that you can do screentones in. Pretty much the finished results look like they were out of mangas and such.

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=TGZGYUOC It's called ComicWorks. Only thing is, it's in Japanese, but it's not so ard to work with from what I hear. I've yet to try it myself.
