I re-read this entire journal and some of my previous journal.

I have come to the conclusion that I really miss Bryan (you know robot/gaming obsessed?) and am sad that the world appears to have swallowed him up. Also, that I have fallen completely out of touch with some really caring people.

After examining my less than exciting closet I realized I lacked something quirky. So..what did I do? I bought Marc by Marc Jacobs flats...with a mouse face. I still haven't decided whether it was a good or bad idea, but in the moment of crappiness I was feeling, it felt like an OK decision.

After much deliberation, I think I am straight.

So being a man-hater/manophobic straight woman FUCKING SUCKS.

So I personally don't care much for taking pictures of myself but I realized that unless I get a digital camera I will likely forget most of the next 4 years.

After watching the Radio Dept.'s video for "The Worst Taste in Music" I suddenly felt like I knew everything there is to know about Swedish beds.

You're probably going to think I'm really pathetic for saying this but..James McAvoy in Atonement=swoon.

And no, I didn't pay to see Atonement, so I think that redeems me a bit.

I saw Interpol last Saturday and next Saturday I will be seeing Architecture In Helsinki here in Santa Cruz!

I am excited!

I was second/first row at Interpol (standing) and Carlos D. winked at me twice after I kept making obscene sexual faces at him.

I am happy.

UC Santa Cruz and I have an unstable relationship. One minute I love it and the next minute I hate almost everything about it (Boomer, the alcoholic bunny and Edna Cao are the only exceptions.) But the days are dragging along and I realize I should at least wait until the end of quarter before I decide this place isn't for me ( Read more... )
