Heh. The cat certainly would have done better. As bummed as I was with the muddy stream conditions, at least I didn't have to worry about approach and spooking them.

I was hoping to catch one, yeah. We only had a limited amount of time before we had to head out to a golf tee time. I actually do have a net (a very expensive catch & release one at that). You can see it attached to the back of my vest. Unfortunately, I don't have the finger dexterity in suit needed to grab and unclip the net. I have a magnetic release on my normal fishing chest pack, but that doesn't work with the fursuit as well. What's in the video is not normally the way I would handle a fish (normally I don't even take them out of the net or water), but I didn't want to get fish slime on the suit, and still wanted video of landing the fish.
