I quit my weekend job and now have time to do stuff on the weekends! Score! So this afternoon we went to see Final Destination 5, which is the first movie in that particular franchise that I've seen. August 12th is a holiday in Thailand (the Queen's birthday/Mother's Day), so I wasn't at work. The first half of my day was very boring and not worthy of photos, but I somehow did manage to get all 12 photos in the end.

Pan's Labyrinth is on the movie channel right now. It has Thai subtitles, but no English ones. Of course, I only turned it on at that part of the movie (you know the one), where there isn't any talking for quite a while, so I didn't even notice at first. Damn my lousy Spanish! My attempts to find us a new living place are... not going well. With that in mind, I've decided that the best way to deal with how much I hate our current place is to think of it as a dorm room. I finally watched the finale of Game of Thrones, and now I'm sad that there isn't any more good TV to watch until the fall. When does Mad Men come back again? Blech. I've still got an assload of Stargate: SG-1 to catch up on, but, while I enjoy the hell out of the show, it isn't really one I get excited about.
