I wanted to say thank you for in a way sticking up for what I was trying to say in that post. I understand where all those people are coming from, but there are also a lot of us that weren't planned and were raised to be pretty well-rounded given our parent's situations.
It's sometimes hard for people to understand what it's like to not be handed everything that that you've ever wanted. I was raised the same way. Because there were four of us, and money was limited, we had what we needed, and for the most part, what we wanted too. We never really went around asking for things unless they were truly important, and we were usually pretty damn content. Although my parents didn't have a lot of money, if there was something that they knew we really wanted, they would try their hardest to get it for us. It wouldn't come a lot of time as soon as we asked for it, but eventually we received it.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for seeing both sides and pointing out the pros and cons of each.:) I appreciate it.

My parents had me when they did because my mom would probably never have been able to have kids otherwise. So there are some nice legitmate reasons...
