Tjhere is no 'legitamate,logical' reason. the *actual8 reason is that by creating an 'us and them ' situation, those in charge can get and keep control.
That's right, feminists were responsible for 9/11, not US foriegn policy; so lets get after them feminists and leave Dubya to get on with planning the next war...

I don't think Rush should be grouped in with Christian fundamentalists. He is indeed conservative, but not so on nearly the same level. Have you actually listened to his show for an extended time? To me, his quote sounds like him making a joke.
Why is really a naive question to ask about this. Whenever there are differences in people, they naturally tend to group together, and siding with each other is a part of that. It's not right, but human nature. If feminists were for equal rights of all people regardless of sex though, shouldn't they just be called equalists instead?
