Is it possible to get a good haircut for <$20? Most places (I've been to) don't seem to do well with thinning and no cut. My hair is the length I want, but there's way too much of it. I've used the Scott Miller modeling program a few times, but it really doesn't fit with my schedule and they're probably sick of me by now (:

i go to world hair on park ave. i've been going there for almost 10 years and i've only gotten 1 haircut i didn't like, so i just made sure i got a different stylist the next time. it's $13 for a cut. i think they're were voted best in rochester or something by something or other, haha i can't really remember.

I would like to second World Hair! They're on the corner of Park and Meigs and they take walk-ins.

Third world hair? Why have third world hair when you can have first world hair?

Just wondering, do they do curly hair good? If it's that well priced, it might be worth giving it a try.
