Also - PLEASE DON'T DECLAW! Especially if she's an indoor/outdoor cat. I won't rant on it, as I am sure you have heard the stories many times. Just give her a chance to learn not to scratch... as a volunteer with the shelter for 2+ years and seeing hundreds of cats, I've never seen a single one that needed to be declawed because it couldn't learn to use a post.
Thank you so very much for the helpful clinic information.
Joyfully, a friend of mine in Buffalo is going to take her and give her a wonderful home.
And thank you for not ranting about declawing to me. I did *a lot* of research prior to making our choice, including trying to train one to not scratch (not possible with all cats, btw) and our cats have not suffered at all for it.

A friend of ours met the cat and fell in love with her (just as we did) and will be taking her home. :)
We just wanted to get her checked out.

I also volunteer with Scottsville Vet Adoptions and I think they are $75?
Habitat for Cats does it as well, and according to the website it is $45 at a clinic in Webster: http://www.habitatforcats.com/ (click on Clinics)
This is a good resource: http://www.bugsysanimalnetwork.com/spay%20and%20Neuter%20Assistance.htm
