Acht, I failed! It was mid-afternoon by the time I'd attended to my various household tasks, and it was too late to get to anywhere interesting. However, if the weather forecast is to be believed, it's to be sunny again tomorrow, and I have a firm plan to be out-and-about as soon as I'm up and ready.

It's dark here by around 7.30pm at this time of year. Is that about the same for you?

Yes, indeed, sunset now is just after 7, full dark before 8.

We’ve had so much sun this summer that I am over it and ready for the cooler temps! Let’s flat swap next summer please 😂 Glad the nicer weather is finally reaching there though.

I wish I could say that. Most of this year's summer has been indistinguishable from winter here! We certainly had a fabulous day today though, and it made me realise what I've been missing. If tomorrow turns out to be another day like today, DO NOT allow me to sit here on my chair-shaped arse staring at the computer-screen!

Yes, lovely warm sunshine all day here too. In fact, I'd say it was actually hot in the sun. I want more, but I don't know if I'll be lucky enough to get it.

And now there's an extremely bright and spectacular full moon too!
