i like both series but i have to say that stephenie meyer's writing leaves something to be desired & the twilight series seems like a fan-fic (especially breaking dawn!) with bella being wish fulfillment for smeyer. in saying that j.k rowling overwrites her books but they have more action. i tihnk people compare harry potter & twilight because they're both best-sellers written by female authors with fantasy elements. i reckon they shouldn't be compared because harry potter is on a different level from twilight.

I do agree with you on that. I just think it's funny that some people have like a full on war over the two books.
