It is weird how painfree everyone makes sure to make these kind of surgeries as opposed to the lumpectomies or mastectomies... it's as though this one is cosmetic, and if people really knew how much it hurt just to fill out that certain shirt they may not just opt to do it... compared to... hmmm, life or death. (sad little commentary on our social 'civilization')

Goodluck with the operation! I hope it goes smoothly and that you are happy with your new bazoonkas! While they do not make you back to the way you were - they will certainly make your life a touch easier for yourself.

What! No big bazoonkas? Sheesh. That post-op regimen sounds like a lot of mindfulness. How long do they keep your chest wrapped? Do you get one of those little plastic boxes with the yellow ball inside for deep breathing exercises?
I know you will do just great with this, and I know Zoom will do great in "big school" too -- and he'll still get to see his old friends on playdates, etc.

How are you feeling? Are the drugs helping??? Is it now weird to have a bump there? Are you ok?
Sending you healing and love.
