Yesterday I had what will hopefully be my last surgery for at least a decade- my doc took out the expander from my left side, and put in saline breast implants. One big one on the left, and a smaller one on the right

Gee, Kamlle, I hope there *isn't* a next time, at least not for a while! I think you did great. Nothing wrong with crying. And you are right, it's their own fear and not your well-being that is on the minds of people like Ms. Nosy Nurse. Not very professional, really. You are so right, you aren't responsible for their fears, not your job to reassure them - and what a lousy time for a nurse to ask a patient for help! You are awesome!
