Oh dear

So. I, uh, fell off a treadmill yesterday. And by fell off it I mean I fell on it, and then was treadmilled off of it, and then was sucked under it a bit.
The bruises are extensive, and the largest one is on my butt.

I feel like I need to show this bruise to people, as it's so huge, but there was no real way to photograph it without showing full
