I was watching kids from the window fighting over who was going to go up and ring the doorbell to my bf's house, and i guess no one wanted to do it.maybe theyre shy?
i too was left to hand out candy. most of the kids were too young to say it, they just put out their bag and expected candy. some said thank you, some were forced to say it by their parents. but they were all really cute kids dressed as pumpkins or lions that mom must haved picked out, so they're okay. What really digs me are those 8th grade or high school kids that don't even dress up. they just walk around the neighborhood with plastic grocery bags in one hand and what i can only guess are eggs in the other bag. its THOSE KIDS that piss me off.

Shame on me; I hid in my room and had my mom pass out candy, although I do not see many kids out in my neighborhood.
