its back on

dear self: please get off your lazy ass and get back on with the working out and eating properly. in fact, just stop eating. while you're at it, stop drinking too. its for your own good.

gah, i'm so tired. whomever said working out gives you more energy was either very wrong or exactly right, since i haven't worked out in a week and i'm exhausted.

It'll get better. I let myself lapse into a degree of fitness that was a shade above pond scum, but it all came back once I started exercising regularly. The first few days sucked ballz, though.

Yeah, I think it does give you a boost of energy, but when you're already spent it's just plain tough. Don't be so hard on yourself, and keep things in perspective. It's not like you're just sitting on your butt doing nothing and not working out . . . you're a super mommy, wife, and work full time. I'm tired just thinking about it. I'm the queen of being hard on myself when it comes to diet and exercise, but usually thinking negatively only makes motivating to work out that much harder.
