- hair fell out (it did stop after a couple of months, so don't worry)
- bazoobies seem to have disappeared entirely, though what remains is reasonably perky (I'm sure they'd be less-than-perky if they were of decent size)
- no stretch marks on the ass, but so many stretch marks on my belly that it looks like my stomach has been attacked by a rampaging herd of zippers
- dark circles, fine lines under the eyes
- despite decent abs, excess skin on my belly means I could stand a conversation's distance away from you and hand you a piece of my stomach
- loss of gallbladder (gallstones can be pregnancy-related - who knew?)
- facial skin much more dry and delicate than before
- ah, those pelvic floor muscles (luckily, doing tons of Kegels does improve the situation)
