how i skimmed over this earlier i'm not sure, but as i thought i was sore from my personal trainer workout last night, i may actually be INJURED. my left hamstring hurts like a sonofadick. but i'm going to try my bodycombat class anyway tonight. if it still kills after i'm warmed up, i'll quit. if not, i'll combat the shit out of it.

and yes, i take body combat. i usually feel like i'm about to blow chunks throughout it, as its highly aerobic and i'm in general, highly exhausted. but i could pound the shit outta anyone who crossed me. you dig?
