go here and join like you tried to for _loyal_puffs,

lower down in the page there are application questions, copy them into a word processing program and answer them...

then go into your lj account to post and put the questions and answers there under an LJ cut (as explained on the linked page), and change the user (left of the update journal button) to ___nettlewine and update your journal :)
