costolette di maiale con salvia

pork chops with sage and prosciotto stuffing, based on diced potato, dried apricot and pancetta.

panzanella

tuscan bread, tomato and pepper salad, with basil, anchovy and capers.

poached pear and stilton brulee

it was lovely. too much stilton though in the brulee! it tasted kindof radioactive
