i know the mo is loved but i want to get rid of it now.

finally found the caterpillar that was eating my basil, little shit.

its turned around and been a successful year. ive been too busy to venture out of my circle route but its been really great to find i can switch careers in the space of 6 months. id like to keep changing every 5-6 years from now on. it makes me feel like i missed the boat twice in the past 10 years but i guess i took that time to grow up. im not ( Read more... )

oh man i am very suddenly too far gone

got my resignation in an envelope. looks like there will be christmas after all, owed a ton of holiday pay.

yeah thats what i look like nowadays. its me at 640am missing a train :)

my apprenticeship is commencing at the oriel. its quite something to land there, after all the nights ronny myself and numerous others rolled onto a table from the street. i was also offered a spot at the hilton but im choosing this because of the head chef. very passionate about his cooking and is also a great teacher, his reputation proceeds him ( Read more... )

i should be starting my chef apprenticeship in 3 weeks. the school head has set me up somewhere perfect. hasnt sunk in yet really, but its going to be great to say goodbye to retail forever :)
